Description
Have you rated the mod yet? Busy, eh? Do it already and become a better person, I promise.

Falagar is a long journey in an entirely new world and a true adventure with roughly 70 hours of gameplay.

You are chosen and sent to rid the world of the evil Dragonrider and his four guardians who hold the key to his demise - the elemental spheres. Party character development in many new ways, exploration of the vast world and discovery of the many benefitial secrets are the main focus of this rather challenging total conversion.

A number of changes to the main game's mechanics and entirely new systems have been added to bring fresh air, even for seasoned players of Legend of Grimrock, not to mention the new graphics for items, new 3D models and tile sets (biomes). Due to the nature of traits, character choice and requirements, no playthrough is the same. So what are you waiting for?

Traits/Conditions
-New traits have been added for specific custom races (e.g. trinket collector, food hoarder)
-Altered skills from the base game and changed requirements and traits
-Many new conditions, both negative and positive
-New status effects through enemy attacks (e.g. intoxication, burden)
-Hidden traits like armor proficiency (see class descriptions for hints)

Races/Classes
-Five new custom races (Cormorant, Huldra, Troll, Mantis, Armadillo)
-New classes (e.g. Brawler, Legionary, Dark Wizard, Warden...)
-Original races and classes have all been altered
-Classes have "favorite" weapon types which grant bonuses when equipped
-Bonuses increase as classes level up
-Races vary in Exp gain rate

Gear
-Many new items of all kinds with custom graphics, altered original stuff
-Multitude of new armor/cloth sets
-Three new container types for herbs and potions, darts and missiles
-Punishment for failed armor requirements
-Cloth armor grants evasion bonuses and is a valid choice
-New light sources candle and lantern
-Tomes with different effects for chars or the entire party
-Rare tomes which increase a specific skill
-Some crystal pillars can be mined now (beware cave-ins)
-Destructable rocks/trees require magic or physical attacks

Consumables
-Several new (race specific) food types added
-Thickets, cocoons and other destructables may drop food randomly
-Food consumption may have negative effects
-Health/Energy by eating
-Rare mushrooms with permanent stat effects

Combat
-A multitude of custom made weapons, armor and shields
-Original items have been altered
-Drastically altered monsters, new variants and Grimrock 1 monsters
-Loot drop of nearly all creatures improved, including rare drops such as crystals
-Shields and armor can be categorized in heavy, medium and light
-Stat scaling on many items, including firearms
-New damage types granting bonus damage
-Custom special powers (e.g. impaling, focus, power hurl)
-New Firearms now have plenty of ammunition (plus new ammo type)
-Limited elemental missiles with different effects
-Reusable venom and sleep darts
-Fist weapons
-Boss fights - what else?!

Alchemy/Healing
-New craftable potions
-Herbs are usable items and have specific purposes
-New herbs added, required for new hazards
-Wound system has been altered and requires bandages or herbs
-Regenerating abilities depending on race
-Rare flowers with a tiny chance of "enlightenment"

Magic/Charges System
-Values have been altered
-New spells have been added (e.g. fire field, windfist, cure, bark skin)
-Spell requirements and dependencies changed to improve magic school combinations
-Most magic items have more charges and recharging crystals not too rare
-Certain weapons have magic requirements (see dark wizard class)
-Light spell now works locally, not like an everburning torch
-Offensive dark magic more effective (e.g. long blinding effect)
-Powerful magic wands with uses beyond combat (e.g. healing, light, energy absorption)
-3 new crystal types added, healing crystals do not cure fevers

Stuck in a tomb underground area, full of poison, all i have is a hint "blue one protects you yet hides the tiny one" i have an urn of ashes, 1 wall button that doesn't do anything, 1 wall button that opens a gate and a teleporter that keeps pushing me back, no way to backtrack or get out and the walkthrough video doesn't even come to this area.

In the graveyard, I can't work out what to do to get at the teleports, one of which seems to be inside a rock, in the North East. There are two areas nearby that I can't get into either.

I haven't reached the South Western section of the Western Shore - the gate at the beach is holding me back.

I have waited for long periods at various places in the North West of the Flowing Sands without having my patience rewarded by a forward path opening. Another win for the puzzler.

What does "trust the daemon " tell me?

Here is the second part
I get trapped in the tomb hallways when I pass the spear gate timed puzzle,kill the rats and mummies and find no way out. Up above in the entrance hallways, I can't solve the puzzle asking for first rays after dark and persistent giver of life.

Way back in the rutted moor, I couldn't get past the "water, irrigate, growth blockage.

I still don't know what I did that eventually removed the force field on top of a pressure plate underwater in the SW corner of Twigroot Grove . I have been unable to lower the spear gate with the little spitting herder that is just next door.

I can't get past the tent in the centre of the Northern Forest. I see a pressure plate but can't get at it. I can't even see a way to the North west section, unless it tis through the spear gate near the pit to the prison. I haven't been able to open this either.

I put this in the bug reports because it contains some, but mostly it is a call for help with some of the puzzles.

There are a few glitches that I see are mentioned above. The treasure in the winding valley outside the tomb entrance corrupts the file and so I just left that undug without any problem.
The food box crashes the game if anything other than food is put in it by mistake. This has caught me many times and is a pain.
The herb bags have a similar but slightly different problem in that if you mistakenly put a non herb item in, the game doesn't crash but the next save corrupts and won't load. This one has caught me quite a few times too.

I assumed that the stair what won't give access in the flowing sands would open when I did something somewhere else. Is anyone sure that it is a glitch?

I have been unable to locate any essences other than the fire one. This is keeping me out of the Northern cold area which needs the Earth essence for access.

I have ver 1_372 I unsubscribed, rebooted computer resubscribed as you suggested. Same thing.
Thanks for trying I 'll just have to look for another mod.

Do you have latest version installed ? Maybe uninstall , restart computer , reinstall ?

I only have this problem with Falagar. All other mods I can save.
