Never gave much a thought to it, but I'd probably say the Spring to Summer transition months (June/July) would be good ones, not only because of longer days and generally more lively nature but also that typically, it can be more a time to relax and have good times. This will obviously vary to other regions as well as considering the fact of which some may not have an option as others would to take a holiday and/or have a social life.
