One of those games that has overwhelmingly positive reviews, then turns out to be an absolute snoozefest... So what am I missing?

There is a certain file called Generated Song.ogg that sounds out of place compared to all of the other songs in the entire folder. What was this song for? I don't remember hearing it in the game other then the Guitar and Piano Solos. (Never finished the game but got pretty close I think)...
