It was an enjoyable game as far as it went but I really wasn't inclined to play more after one run. While the atmosphere is quite immersive with all the beautiful fish swimming around, the game mechanics don't have enough depth to compel me to play more. The unlocks for both the global shrine effects and the crabs were too generic and blended to really create a different kind of play experience so I would have just been going through the same motions without any real variety in the play experience.
All that being said, the devs are very interactive with the community and even after having written this review there was an update to the game which shows a commitment to improve the play experience. While I was a little critical of the price I payed for the value I received in my playthrough, the effort to improve what is offered is worth noting and there is a fair chance I'll come back and play the game.

Adorable colony sim.

A bit of a puzzle game, a bit of tower defense. Looks very good graphically. The entire premise is fun and, actually making a small real-world impact is the cherry on top of this great title!!
