Patch v.1.1.0 - Hotfixes 26/07/2024

NEWLY ADDED
- Added changes to the boss fight if engaged after the hidden music objective has been completed in House of the Damned
- Added a new mask to unlock if you complete the hidden story after completing the hidden music objective first
- All Quick Melee miracles now affect all melee weapons as well
- Increased spawn rate of Demon hags in House of the Damned while the objective requires it
- Added extra visual hints to the pig step during the hidden objective in House of the Damned
- Added the Corpse Grinder to Lucky
- Renamed "Head Lantern" to "Mother's Head"

BUG FIXES & IMPROVEMENTS
- Fixed an issue causing the dirt decals in House of the Damned to not render
- Fixed an issue that caused a soft lock if you interact with the gas levers in House of the Damned earlier than intended
- Fixed an issue causing the Elite Maker in House of the Damned to work incorrectly
- Fixed an issue causing the area location names to not appear in House of the Damned
- Fixed an issue causing the collider inside the well to not work properly in House of the Damned
- Fixed an issue causing the shells in Sewers of the Damned to break when playing online if the host isn't in the same area
- Fixed an issue causing the miracle points to only be rewarded on the host once all dolls are destroyed in a level
- Fixed an issue causing the audio to spam when using reviving another player
- Fixed an issue causing the hidden song to get interrupted by the boss music
- Fixed an issue allowing you to pick up the Pistolet Stamped SMG through the wall in House of the Damned
- Fixed a lot of collision issues in House of the Damned reported by the community
- Fixed an issue causing decals to render on top of Mother's Head when walking around
- Fixed an issue causing the aim assist to not work on House of Damned enemies
- Fixed an issue causing the "Critical Stab" miracle to not work as intended
- Fixed an issue causing the "Slice and Dice" miracle to not work properly online for anyone other than the host
- Fixed an issue causing the damaged visual effect to be brighter than intended when using specific graphic settings
- Potential fix with visual blockers not disabling correctly during the Sigil Destruction objective in House of the Damned

XBOX SERIES X|S ONLY UPDATES
- Fixed an issue causing the certain blood impact and explosion effects to not render at all

PS5 ONLY UPDATES
-House of the Damned Trophies are now available

after the new update you cant shoot the goat that spawns behind the fence outside cant do the hidden story if he spawns there. Dont know if its possible but maybe start doing play tests for these new maps

It's like CoD Zombies meets KillingFloor 2 meets Left 4 Dead 2. Interesting Story line, very cool monster design, smooth gun play, very well designed maps. My only complaint is that since it's an "always online" game and not running locally or on a local dedicated server (and I don't see why it couldn't), there can be lag that kills the flow. Sometimes your melee strikes wont register if the enemy is too close and once in a while, gunshots don't register which can REALLY be a problem.

Now, had I know this next part, I would have passed on this game. There is NO dedicated server or local multiplayer support. The devs (as of the time I'm writting this) have no plans for it either. That means, when they inevitably shutdown the servers, you're stuck on single player (cause that's offline) and that's it. The game is basically bricked when they turn off their servers. God Forbid a dev gives the players the tools or capability to enhance the game's longevity past when the devs run out of money and have to shutdown the game. Games as a live service are CANCER. They are killing the industry. TF2 still has a player base. CAUSE THE COMMUNITY KEEPS IT ALIVE. If we can't host our own servers, there is no community. There is only the devs and it dies with them so I wouldn't sink too much money into this game. Get it on sale for at least 50% off and don't buy skins. Not until we get dedicated, private run servers.

When versing the rat king in sewers of the dead, upon its death my game freezes, then crashes, I had versed the rat king before in the map ashes of hotel sker, I had some performance issues upon its death (slight freezing) but I could progress the map progression, sewer of the dead I cannot upon its death, I have settings on max graphic settings and have a max build rig...

Product refunded

Current state is, whoever is hyping this up and talking about "potential" for a released game is delusional.

The game isn't done, animations are really bad and janky. The character models when running look like they are sitting, very strange. It's trying to be a Killing Floor2 but without the polish. The controls and guns feel like they are missing that punchy connection, it's like they are flat...like my ex's ass.

It took me 2 hours to get into 1 game, which was waiting for over an hour to find a match, even with cross platform. Apparently this game is a PS5 port which has been out for 2 years and damn, I guess it's good for a console port considering a lot of other console ports barley run.

It needs way more polish before I would give it a positive review. Currently playing Killing Floor 2 to get my DOOM style murderous streak binge on.
