Let's be real about what you're getting with this game:

A grid-based map that you can visit nodes. Each node is a 10 (and 20) second challenge where you essentially dodge bullet-hell waves. Yes, they're thematically discs, but really this is a bullet-hell game.

Skill plays a part in success, but in reality, you're going to be victim of RNG again and again and... AGAIN. Discs are huge and most of the time they converge in a way that is impossible to dodge. Heck, 90% of the time just starting a level is insta-death if you don't guess the right direction to run.

I like this game, but it has a deep flaw and that's simply unavoidable. I can't see past the massive amounts of charm and quality the game has, while overlooking the HUGE flaw in the gameplay.

It's a game you should get at 75% or or better, because you're not missing a critical game if you skip it. It's just a corny bullet hell with sub-par mechanics and game design.

All the floof: the graphics, sounds, theme, etc are awesome. But it doesn't soothe the fact that the underlying gameplay is thin.

Sigh.

Also don't be fooled by my play time. The game is fully experienced and you can beat it in about 3 hours. The rest I accidentally left it on in the background while I slept which inflated my hours. There's really not much "game" here.
