Rex, designation CT-7567, was a veteran Clone Captain and Advanced Recon Commando as seen in several episodes of the animated TV-series Star Wars: The Clone Wars. During the years of the early Galactic Empire, Rex was living with Commander Wolffe and Commander Gregor in a modified AT-TE on the desert planet of Seelos. Several years prior to the Battle of Yavin, they encountered a group of rebels that included Kanan Jarrus and his apprentice Ezra Bridger. The crew of the Ghost had been sent by Rex's old ally, Ahsoka Tano. After joining the Rebellion, Rex became part of the Phoenix rebel cell, what is shown in the fourth episode of the Star Wars Rebels animated television series' second season: "Relics of the Old Republic"
