How to integrate a Hyperdrive website with the old Web?
Make sure my Known feed is working good.
Add an "on this day" feature to my Known site (See Cleverdevil's implementation).
Help out test Beaker Browser, Agregore, EarthStar, Cabal and Cobox.

Contribute to the Known open source project and follow up with Marcus Povey.
Fix issues in Known and report newly found ones.
Improve the front-end code in Known - Bootstrap, JavaScript structure and reorganization.
- Make it lighter to load and implement CSS grid.
Figure out how to better integrate brid.gy - having some issues with how notes and likes are posted to Twitter.
Filter posts by date - see how Jonathan LaCour (CleverDevil) made his CleverCustomize hacks.
Write about Content-Security-Policy and Web_sign-in.

Fix design issues (CSS) in my Known site. Currently I have my own theme, but still need to overwrite a lot of "default" style declarations
Fix the WYSIWYG editor in Known
Fix the import/export of Known (migrate to Microblog)
Trying out other apps for reader: Monocle, alltogethernow

Getting more people in my circles interested in the IndieWeb.
- Start a Homebrew Website Club meeting in Düsseldorf (cf Events).
Keep my Known site running and full of content and links.

I also keep my plans on my personal plans page.

But here are a few more ideas:

Quit Twitter
Stop using Facebook.
Publish the status of tasks from within TaskWarrior on my own site to share with the public as part of the "Open productivity" mind-set. See TaskWarrior Hooks Example: Noel De Martin's now page
Registered an account on Matrix.
Added a "Now" page to my Known site to explain what I am currently focused on.
Finished the Hacktoberfest 2019 Open-Source challenge by contributing, or at least trying to contribute, to the Known CMS project.
Show webmention on my personal homepage. - For offering a way to comment and like content on my static Apache Server-side-Includes powered homepage ...
