Since I am 2-stops away by tram from the MCK venue, I have decided to pop in and give a lecture regarding recruitment stuff within the Gaming Insights discussion panel. A few days ago we had the pleasure of visiting The Silesian University of Technology from our city Gliwice, specifically the Faculty of Applied Mathematics, to lift the veil of the secrecy of a junior programmer job in the gamedev industry. 🖥🎮 Our gameplay programmer Kamil Waligóra provided the students with a great deal of super-valuable knowledge connected with the job, while Natalia Czul shared with them some pretty useful recruitment-related tricks.
