Pilgrim Outpost is an all-in-one hub for Dying Light fans. Players log on to Pilgrim Outpost to activate special Bounties, earn exclusive rewards, start extra objectives for in-game events, follow the latest news, enter community contests, and more!
TechlandGG has been turned into a main hub for all of Techland’s online services. Users looking for features that were once on TechlandGG, like quests, rewards, news, etc., can find them on the new website, Pilgrim Outpost.
Your TechlandGG account was turned into a Pilgrim Outpost account. Your profile history, claimed rewards, connected platforms, XP and Level progress, etc., have all been saved and transferred over.
Quests have been renamed to Bounties, which serve the same function and can be accessed through Pilgrim Outpost.
All experience points (XP) were converted to Reputation Points.
In the TechlandGG system, each level granted users a unique weapon, outfit, or some other reward. The number of Pilgrim Tokens may not have the same number next to it, but it does have the equivalent value that it had in the previous system.
Bounties are additional tasks activated through Pilgrim Outpost and must be completed in Dying Light or Dying Light 2 Stay Human to earn unique in-game rewards. Users must log in and link their gaming platform(s) of choice in order to activate them in the ‘Bounties’ section. Every week, Pilgrim Outpost generates 6 new Bounties that can be activated.
Players must register a Pilgrim Outpost account, connect it to their gaming platform (Steam, PSN, Xbox, Epic Games Store), update their Dying Light or Dying Light 2 Stay Human game, play your game at least once, and have a stable internet connection.
Rewards can be bought on Pilgrim Outpost and used in Dying Light and/or Dying Light 2 Stay Human. Players must first complete Bounties to rank up and earn Pilgrim Tokens, which they can spend on various exclusive items in Armory.
Pilgrim Outpost is constantly adding new rewards in Armory. There, users can buy unique weapons, outfits, charms, paraglider skins, consumables, and so much more! It’s a huge assortment of items rarely found anywhere in the games. Dying Light 2 Stay Human players can even get the Outpost Drop for a chance to obtain exclusive Legendary weapons.
It’s a pack that includes Villedor’s most useful equipment, like resources and a random weapon of Artifact rarity or higher. Players have a chance to receive exclusive Legendary items for combat (The Grief, The Exile, Outpost Defender, Pilgrim Vengeance, Pole Star).
Rewards for Dying Light will first appear in your game as a docket that can be exchanged at a Quartermaster. For Dying Light 2 Stay Human players, they will automatically appear in your in-game stash.
To find Pilgrim Outpost rewards in your game, you must first complete the Prologue section(s).
Bounties must be completed by playing Dying Light or Dying Light 2 Stay Human. Note: Users must first activate them on Pilgrim Outpost in the ‘Bounties’ section.
They are points you gain after claiming completed Bounties on Pilgrim Outpost. Reputation Points fill up your Reputation Rank. By acquiring enough Reputation Points, Outpost users can increase their rank and earn Pilgrim Tokens.
Upon ranking up on Pilgrim Outpost, players receive special service coins that can be redeemed in Armory to buy rewards, such as special weapons, outfits, charms, paraglider skins, craft parts, etc., which will transfer over to your game(s).
Pilgrim Outpost is an all-in-one hub for all Dying Light fans, which means users can complete Bounties in Dying Light, but spend Pilgrim Tokens on items for Dying Light 2 Stay Human and vice versa. Players have the freedom to manage their resources however they like.
It's a program where we reward players with unique items from the world of Techland games. Here, you can exchange your codes for dockets, for which you'll get exclusive in-game items.
The only thing you need to do is to reset your password. Then, simply enjoy the program and even more rewards to earn than before.
It might happen when you update your browser.
Make sure you have successfully redeemed your code at the TechlandGG website.
If you experience problems with Community Events, visit techlandgg.com, sign in, and go to your profile page. There, click your linked account and unlink it. Then link it again the same way you did the first time, and make sure you are not using game share.
If you run into trouble while linking your gaming platform to your TechlandGG profile (Error: this platform is already used), contact us at support.techland.pl
Also, at the bottom of the main menu screen in Dying Light, you can check if you are connected to the Techland Servers. Make sure it says that the Techland Servers are online. If your NAT type is set to moderate, you will need to change it to open – Dying Light is very NAT-sensitive. Also, check the configuration of your antivirus program and firewall.
Lastly, if your game mode is set to hard or nightmare, switch it to normal.

They're special vouchers you earn on techlandgg.com. You can exchange them at the quartermaster's for unique, powerful items.
You'll get them when you activate special codes we sneak in our official Dying Light materials, including videos, arts, social media posts, and so on.
Linking your active PSN/XBOX Live/Steam with your TechlandGG account is necessary for us to move your dockets into the game. Without that, you won't be able to receive your rewards. During linking your accounts, the system will move you to the platform owner's website and ask you to log in.
Follow our Dying Light and Dying Light 2 Stay Human channels and materials to spot the hidden codes.
Link your account with the platform on which you're going to play Dying Light to get your dockets moved to the game. Then go to the quartermaster – if you've just started playing Dying Light, it shouldn't take you more than an hour. You'll find the quartermaster on the first floor in the Tower. Talk to him to exchange your dockets for unique and powerful items.
For your dockets, you'll get weapons of one of the three highest rarity types: rare (marked with blue), exceptional (purple) or legendary (orange).
The two lowest rarity types are not taken into account, so you can be sure the items you get for your dockets are difficult to obtain and will be useful to you.
Remember the weapons you get from the quartermaster are adjusted to your experience level. It's up to you to decide whether you want to spend all your dockets at once or keep some for later, when combat gets more challenging.
Make sure you have successfully redeemed your code at the TechlandGG website.
If you experience problems with obtaining dockets, visit techlandgg.com, sign in and go to your profile page. There, click your linked account and unlink it. Then link it again, the same way you did the first time.
If you run into trouble while linking your gaming platform to your TechlandGG profile (Error: this platform is already used), contact us at: https://support.techland.pl/.
Also, at the bottom of the main menu screen in Dying Light, you can check if you are connected to the Techland Servers. Make sure it says Techland Servers are online. Only then can you receive dockets. If your NAT type is set to moderate, you will need to change it to open - Dying Light is very NAT-sensitive.
Lastly, if your game mkode is set to hard or nightmare, switch it to normal.

mod.io is a cross-platform UGC solution, supporting 11 game systems and stores. We are launching with PC support, which includes our Steam and Epic Games playerbases. Console versions with in-game integration will follow in 2023, and partnering with mod.io ensures we can provide official mod support for all Dying Light 2 Stay Human players, regardless of platform or store preference.
Currently, PC platforms (Steam and Epic Games Store) have access to the Beta version of official mod support. All players can view submitted and approved custom maps from the main menu in game, via the Dying Light 2 - Developer Tool launcher, or directly by visiting mod.io/g/dying-light-2.
Meanwhile, Community Maps have been implemented into the game as a new feature on PC and consoles. Players can explore new worlds created by our community right now by accessing them via the game’s main menu.
Developer Tools played a huge part in the community support and success of the original Dying Light. It’s for this reason, we engaged mod.io to bring this experience to all Dying Light 2 Stay Human players on both PC and consoles. From the release, our goal was to engage creators who want to revisit and make new custom maps. Whether narrative, co-op, or competitive, they all play a part in what our community loves about Dying Light. We are always open to exploring a wide range of mod categories, both cosmetic and gameplay-based, as requested by players.
In order to submit your custom map for Dying Light 2 Stay Human, creators will be required to sign in to mod.io using the Developer Tools. Account creation allows creators and subscribers to add custom maps to their mod collection. The process is simple and requires email authentication for the user. Once a mod.io user account has been created, players can browse, rate, comment on, and subscribe to Developer Tools at mod.io/g/dying-light-2. Custom maps submission is available exclusively via the Map Editor program.
Techland has partnered with mod.io to provide the same Community Maps experience for all the players. When it comes to Developer Tools, games are traditionally made using a PC, and in line with this approach, we have released a dedicated creation tool.
The Dying Light 2 Stay Human Dev Tools provide players on PC with our own toolset to create maps, stories and dialogues. These creations can then also be tested in the software before being uploaded to our game via mod.io.
We've added assets from the first Dying Light so that you can recreate the world of Harran in Dying Light 2 Stay Human. This package consists mainly of slums, small buildings, a hangar set, a railway set, and catwalks. Additionally, we’ve implemented new meshes from the world of Hellraid to open up the potential for more fantasy worlds and LOD’s for custom maps. We will continue to support Community Maps and Developer Tools for years to come!
Some maps are running into performance issues on certain platforms. Considering that Developer Tools are still in beta, certain optimization features may not be available at the moment. We are presently working to implement changes in 2024 that will allow players on platforms to experience some of the more elaborate creations of our community.
Developer Tools is what is used by our community to utilize our toolset, create their own games and upload them to Dying Light 2 Stay Human through mod.io. Community Maps is a new feature within the game that allows our playerbase to access and play those games.
Community Ideas is a subpage on Pilgrim Outpost dedicated to our fans. Since the launch of Dying Light 2 Stay Human, we’ve been flooded by the community’s requests for features and ideas that they would like to see added to the game. We want our players at the forefront of everything that we do here at Techland. This is why we are giving them the opportunity to help make those wishes reality by allowing the best and most suitable ideas to find their way into the game.
Visit the Community Ideas page on pilgrimoutpost.com/community-ideas and click on“Submit an idea”. Note that you need to be signed up and logged in to Pilgrim Outpost to be able to fill out the form and submit your idea. Remember to list only one idea per entry. And before sending it, please make sure that a similar idea isn’t already up for voting.
You should receive an email from our team notifying you about the status of your Community Idea, and whether it gets approved or rejected. Bear in mind that every entry has to undergo the moderation process first, which means it might take some time before you get a response. Once your submission passes all the moderation criteria, it will get published in the “VOTING” tab and you should receive a notification email.
Create a Pilgrim Outpost account and upvote however many submissions you like. You can also downvote ideas if you believe they don’t fit well with the overall Dying Light 2 Stay Human vision, though that won't alter the “Most Popular” ranking. The top ten suggestions will then automatically be moved to “IN REVIEW”.
Not every idea is going to end up in the game. Only the ones that successfully make it through the whole process will be implemented. This process consists of four stages: community vote, developer review, approval, and development.
Encourage people to vote on your idea, so that it cracks the top most popular list, by using the direct link to that idea and sharing it around.
No two ideas are alike. In game development, things are always in flux, not to mention, some concepts are far more ambitious in scope than others. For that reason, we can’t specify any dates, but once an idea has made it to “IN DEVELOPMENT”, you can be sure we are doing everything in our power to implement it.
It all depends on the appeal of the idea itself. First, it has to place in the top 10 of the most popular list in “VOTING”. It will then be reviewed by our developers to assess its scope and if it fits within the overall direction of the Dying Light franchise. We will let you know which ideas make the cut by regularly updating the “APPROVED” and “IN DEVELOPMENT” sections.
The entire process consists of the following stages and requirements:
You will be able to track the status of your idea(s) through the email that was linked to your Pilgrim Outpost account. We will be sending notifications to anyone who submits an idea.
Our developers — designers, programmers, franchise directors, and others!
As a video game studio, we understand what goes into the creative process and that two or more people will often come up with the same or similar ideas. This does not necessarily mean that someone has copied a concept. We will do our best to block any duplicate entries as early as possible in the moderation phase by notifying users via email and encouraging them to vote for Community Ideas that already exist on the site.
Upvotes are as important as the idea itself. Since we’ve received thousands of suggestions, we will prioritize the ideas with the most upvotes, to filter the demands more efficiently. We also weed out the ideas that are too similar to others to avoid redundancies within the system. And if you do find one that already exists, why not vote for it?
Community Ideas serve as a form of community interaction, not an active component of game development. It is merely an alternative to asking you what features you’d like to see through our social media, a system that gauges interest and enthusiasm around feedback or potential features.
All submissions not listed in the “VOTING” tab are currently still undergoing the moderation phase or were rejected because they did not meet the moderation criteria.
Each submission will go through moderation to check if it meets the necessary criteria before it can be cataloged on the page. Entries cannot contain anything that is unlawful, tortious, fraudulent, deceptive, obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, violent, threatening, harassing, abusive, falsely representative, or invasive of someone else’s privacy. Your Community Idea must not include any content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights or otherwise violates third-party rights.
Additionally, only one idea can be listed per submission. All fields of the form (i.e., title, subtitle, description, etc.) must be filled out properly. The contents of each entry cannot be vague, unclear, irreverent (e.g., “make the game run on Ouya”, or “make the game free”), or include personal information. Please also note that the program refers specifically to requesting new features or adjusting the existing ones, and not reporting bugs and glitches. Finally, Community Ideas that share many similarities with the previously submitted concepts or features that are already in the game will all automatically get flagged. Last but not least, we’re making sure that the ideas published are not only great, but also feasible to implement, aligned with the development vision for Dying Light 2 Stay Human.
English, German, Polish, French, Spanish, and Chinese are the languages supported by our system and moderation team.
You cannot edit your idea. Once an entry has been submitted, it cannot be changed. However, you may still view all your submissions that have been published in the “YOUR IDEAS” tab.
You can navigate through the tabs (VOTING, IN REVIEW, APPROVED, IN DEVELOPMENT, or REJECTED). What’s more, you can use other options to narrow down the list, like the category or most recent/popular filters, and the keyword search bar. Bear in mind that most entries are in English and that the feature brings up results based on titles and short descriptions.
We are now accepting submissions in many other languages, namely: English, German, Polish, French, Spanish, and Chinese. If you want to read an entry written in a language that you don’t understand, open the Community Idea window by clicking “More”. There, you can access an auto-translate feature by Google's Translate API that translates the original text into your language.
