She covers a wide range of topics including service provider strategies, digital activities, business plans, and innovation services. Ramona's specialties include strategy planning and market dynamics.

Prior to joining Informa (now Omdia), formerly Ovum, in 2018, Ramona worked in China Mobile Research Institute’s strategy research division and was responsible for research projects that covered a wide range of topics, including 4G, video, and operators' digital transformations. She provided strategic insights for China Mobile Research Institute's business planning and development. Ramona also worked as a consultant at Detecon, providing management consulting services for China’s operators.
