Torque is a character who appears in the Mortal Kombat Special Forces comics.
He is a very muscular member of the Special Forces and has bionic arms similar to Jax's but Torque doesn't have a biological arm underneath, unlike Jax (who still can remove them when selecting his alternative costume in later games). He was notable for constantly increasing the horsepower of his arms every time he had maintenance done upon them.
