No, unlike Meat/Mileena/Skarlet he's just souls. No genetic tweaking involved. He's just a fusion of souls, and I don't think he was created in the Flesh Pits either which is where all of the experiments take place. --AZERUTH 13:44, June 13, 2011 (UTC)
