Johnny Cage is a character that appeared on a poster in the 2021 Mortal Kombat film and is set to appear in its sequel.
Biography
After Raiden ordered Earthrealm's warriors to find more champions to fight in the tournament and help defend Earthrealm, Cole Young set off for Los Angeles to recruit Cage.
Behind the scenes
On May 4, 2023, it was announced that Karl Urban was in final talks to portray Johnny Cage.[1] Later that same month, he was confirmed to have been cast in the role.[2]
