Bruce Locke

Bruce Asato Locke (born June 27, 1961) is an American actor who portrayed Shang Tsung in Mortal Kombat: Conquest. His fame began after his role in RoboCop 3 as Otomo and he's currently a 2nd handicap golfer normally active on the charitable celebrity golf circuit in between acting roles.
