Brad is a character who only appeared in Mortal Kombat: A Novel. He was a young fighter of medium height, with brown hair and a goatee who participated in the Mortal Kombat tournament. He asked them why they were participating in the tournament, wanting to know another reason that was not his own. A fighter sitting next to Ryan told him it was to defend Earthrealm. He recognized Ryan, who thought he wanted a fight, but Brad quickly apologized to him after questioning if he spent some time at Leavenworth, likely referring to the town in Washington State.
