Pre-fill event-specific fields after upload

Description

When uploading multiple videos to WordPress.TV, the uploader has to constantly re-enter the event details which becomes repetitive and slows down the process.

Instead, we should pre-fill the event-specific (not video-specific) fields upon a successful upload with the previous details.
