Synopsis for "Chapter 2: The Sentry's Curse"

Sentry asks to speak with MK, but the city still needs saving so he drags Marc along: Sentry first forces MK underground to stop two colliding subway trains, next he pulls him into the sky to catch a falling baby from a building, finally he ends the tour by stopping an oil truck from exploding. The Sentry finally brings MK to his point: are you able to keep pushing away the evil within you (Khonshu) and finally act good, or will you revert back to your dark ways?

Meanwhile, Norman is growing tired of Moon Knight (not knowing if Marc is under the mask) and has hired the Profile to extract him out. Elsewhere, Marc has hired The Tinkerer to help upgrade his gear. Mason asks if Marc has finally become a villain but he assures Mason that he has not; Mason doesn’t believe this to be true. With Mason getting to work, Marc decides to visit Marlene and Frenchie. Marlene can see that Marc is a newer man but they remain friends. When Marc goes to visit Frenchie at his restaurant, the establishment has become rundown as the neighborhood has changed in Marc’s absence. Rob is glad to see Marc but Frenchie is less-enthusiastic as he has since spiraled into alcoholism. Frenchie asks Marc if he is ready to wage war against Norman and if they can afford to believe in Marc again: “Can you afford not to?” Marc replies.

Marc makes his last trip by revisiting Crawley for tips. He tells Marc as to how the Slug has been active as a middle-man for Norman. Moon Knight that evening decides to sneak into Slug’s lair and take out his men. When MK comes face-to-face with the Slug, he uses a crescent dart attached to a rope to hang Slug by the neck on a support beam. Khonshu yells to kill him... but Marc once again ignores him.

With a briefcase full of Norman’s property, MK runs to the roof and flies off. Meanwhile from below, Profile is able to read Moon Knight and can confirm; Marc is alive and has returned. Profile reports back to Norman and they concluded that Marc is entirely a new persona but he’s holding back. In order to get him to slip and “gut him in Times Square”, they need to make it personal. The Hood and Profile that evening walk to Bushman’s grave...
