The Sinister Six, now called the Sinner Six, are a group of supervillains in their elderly years that are under the control of Mayor Waters, where the mayor promises all of them freedom if they manage to kill Spider-Man. However, the Sinner Six are killed when Spider-Man activates the detonator Sandman gives to him. The wallcrawler then advances to Venom to prepare for a final showdown.
