Describing the C template's output[]

Please don't call '#' "a hashtag" when describing its use in front of issue numbers, as output by Template:C and friends. It's both incorrect and confusing.

Strings like #YOLO are called "hashtags" because one (slang) name for '#' is the "hash mark" or "hash symbol". But '#' itself is not a hashtag — the entire string #YOLO is a hashtag. And all of that is irrelevant in this context anyway.

When placed before a string of digits, '#' is used to signify / is inserted in place of the word "number", and most accurately would be referred to as the "number sign". That's also the designation of its Unicode glyph, U+0023 NUMBER SIGN.

So, instead of:
* Link to comics using the [[Template:C|C template]] to automatically italicize the series' title and add a hashtag (#) before the issue number. ** e.g. <nowiki>{{c|Incredible Hulk Vol 1 181}}</nowiki> will display the link as {{c|Incredible Hulk Vol 1 181}}

Suggest:
* Link to comics using the [[Template:C|C template]] to automatically italicize the series' title and add a number sign (#) before the issue number. ** e.g. <nowiki>{{c|Incredible Hulk Vol 1 181}}</nowiki> will display the link as {{c|Incredible Hulk Vol 1 181}}
