Cindy Moon was the daughter of Albert Moon. He was dating Rio Morales, and Cindy accompanied him when they had dinner at Rio's apartment on 123rd Street. They were joined by Miles Morales, Rio's son, and Hailey Cooper, the girl Miles was dating.^[1]
