Like many other mutants Cassandra joined the mutant nation of Krakoa. At the Hellfire Gala she was asked by Jumbo Carnation to use her powers on the losing X-Men candidates after they had a confrontation with the Typhon Group, and their Gala suits were ruined.^[2] It was revealed she in fact joined Jumbo Carnation's Atelier and started working there, making clothes for the third Hellfire Gala.^[3][4]
