    𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺) 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻   An exciting challenge took place in Milan, involving Accademia Costume & Moda and Benetton Group. Students from the Fashion Communication and Art Direction master’s course were entrusted with creating an effective 𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙢𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙖 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙜𝙮 with the support of our company’s PR team, focusing on three different areas: 𝙆𝙞𝙙𝙨, 𝙎𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. The collaboration followed a structured path, which included an in-person kick-off and Company presentation, as well as visits to Benetton’s Corso Buenos Aires store, showroom and offices, culminating with a final event at the Accademia on 2nd July. The initiative gave students ample room to let their personal initiative roam free and generate new ideas.   🚀A two-way partnership, offering our company the chance to gather enriching ideas and inspirations from new generations, while allowing participants to better understand PR work and become engaged in a real digital communication strategy.   #Benetton #BeBenetton #BeUnited #BenettonPeople

    From 10 to 12 July Fabrica hosted the 12th edition of XCoAx 2024, an international conference on computation, communication and aesthetics. Artists, scientists, media professionals and scholars met in the Fabrica spaces to exchange ideas, seeking interdisciplinary synergies at the boundaries between digital arts and culture. xCoAx 2024 saw the participation of 80 delegates from 26 different countries, including artists and researchers from 38 universities and institutions, among them Stanford, Goldsmiths, University of the Arts London, Academy of Fine Arts Vienna, UdK Berlin, Bauhaus, RMIT Melbourne, NYU, Northeastern University Boston, University of Edinburgh, University of Westminster London and Politecnico di Milano.     A forum of global scholars and international participants from prestigious universities, including Harvard, Columbia, Stanford and UCLA, gathered to explore Italy’s economic innovation, international relations and local politics. This is the Italia Innovation Program, which in its 2024 edition sees the participation of Fabrica and Benetton Group among other leading institutions and brands.   On 15 July, after a company visit to Benetton’s headquarters with the archive and Fabrica, participants attended lessions of Professors Danny Warshay, Brown University and John Paul Rollert, Chicago Booth and afterwards engaged on a challenge entitled "𝑯𝒐𝒘 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝑩𝒆𝒏𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒐𝒏 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒑 𝒍𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒊𝒕𝒔 𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒈𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒏𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒂 𝑮𝑬𝑵-𝒁 𝒂𝒖𝒅𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒆”. Results will be presented on Friday 19 July in a plenary session involving all participating organizations. #Fabrica #Benetton

    For the sixth time Harvard University has chosen Fabrica as one of the destinations of its annual Summer Camp in Italy. Last Friday, 12 July, Carlo Tunioli, Fabrica CEO, Francesca Perpetuini, Residents’ Coordinator, Vivek Jain and Joe Habben, Senior Residents, presented our centre to the group of students from the US University our activities and projects, followed by a visit of Tadao Ando’s architecture and interactions with the current artists in residence.       Congratulations to our former intern Francesco Olivero, who presented his project work at the 𝟭𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗘𝗗𝗦𝗜 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in Venice, focused on ❞𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀❞.   Francesco developed his study, entitled “An Innovative Method to Quantitatively Assess Social Sustainability of Multi-tier Supply Chains in the Textile Industry”, during his internship at Benetton’s Operations Sustainability Department, and is now ready to continue his research in Sustainability assessment. #Benetton #BeBenetton #BeUnited #BenettonPeople
