Your chat system doesn’t allow for users to switch between their email and the chat window without the chat cue resetting. This made the information delivery process, take an hour where it could’ve very well taken a matter of minutes. In addition to that, you do not provide us with our order number on any of the emails we received, Forcing me to dig through emails to find a simple digit that could’ve easily been included on every communication. Lastly, This entire saga has been concerning that I haven’t received my wristbands yet. I live in Canada and I’m traveling on the 15th to Philadelphia to make it to Phish Mondegreen. After finally speaking with someone given all the delays, I just detailed, I was told my wristbands won’t be shipping out until August 8th. It makes little sense for someone who lives in Canada to have to wait until the zero hour to get their wristbands. I have no idea what the transit time is for wristbands, but 6 days doesn’t sound too sensible. The agent said my wristbands would be waiting for me at willcall If I don’t receive them. On a travel day, That is a layer of complication. I simply do not need, and can easily be fixed by sending me my wristband Any time between here and August 8th. I’m sorry, But this makes zero sense to me. I hope you heed my recommendations, In this day and age, there’s simply no reason to leave things to the last minute like this.
