  • Flexible collection frequencies:
    • a specific day each week.
    • multiple days each week.
    • a specific day every 2, 3, 4 or 5 weeks.
    • a specific day on one or more weeks of the month.
Bin Day Alert Widgets

Widgets show the next collection date for a single bin schedule, the bin schedules due on the next collection date, or the next collection date for multiple bin schedules.

Widgets can be stacked on top of each other to group related information together or to save space.

iOS/iPadOS can be configured to allow Today View Widgets to be accessed from the lock screen.

Lock Screen widgets are available on iOS 16 to show the next collection date for a single schedule or the bin schedules due on the next collection date.

An older pre-iOS 14 style widget is also available.

Bin Day Alert on Apple Watch

Bin Day Alert for iPhone includes support for Apple Watch, making it even easier to use.

  • The Watch App shows when each active bin schedule is next due for collection.
  • Notifications are delivered to the Watch if your phone’s display is off.
  • Upcoming alerts for bin collections can appear in the Siri Watch face.
  • Voice phrases for Siri shortcuts to view the next collection dates for bin schedules also work on Apple Watch.
