1. Delivery Restrictions

Some of our products may only be available for delivery to particular regions, so please check the relevant product page for any delivery restrictions before ordering.

2. Delivery Address

Your products will be delivered to the address specified in your order Confirmation and we will endeavour to deliver them within the timeframes stated below, unless we state otherwise in the Confirmation or agree a different date with you.

You will own a product once we have received full payment for it.
You will be responsible for the products from when they are delivered to the Delivery Address.

3. Digital Products

Immediately after your order has been processed, we will send a message to the email address you provided when placing your order which will include a link to a page where you can download your digital product. We reserve the right to remove or change the link at any time for any reason without notice.

4. Delivery Charges and Import Duties

You are responsible for paying any applicable delivery/ shipping charges, which will be calculated and added to your order during the order process.

Your products may be shipped from a place outside your country and therefore additional import taxes, import duties, fees, levies, or other charges may apply, which you will be responsible for paying. 

5. Delivery Times

Delivery times will vary depending on your region.

We estimate that your goods will be delivered to you:

UK deliveries: Within 7 business days (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays).

Non-UK deliveries: Within 7 to 12  business days (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays)

We aim to dispatch personalised products (including, without limitation, Certificates of Participation) within five (5) business days following your order.

Orders that contain both personalised and non-personalised items will be sent separately with non-personalised items being delivered in accordance with the Terms. 

6. Track your delivery

If you would like to track your delivery, please contact the customer services team for your tracking number and more information about how you can track your order.

7. Missed deliveries

If you miss a delivery, please contact the carrier to rearrange delivery or find out how to collect the products.

If, after a failed delivery, you do not re-arrange delivery or retrieve the products within the time stated by the carrier in their delivery note, you may be charged for any storage costs and any further delivery costs that result from the failed delivery.

8. Lost deliveries

Deliveries are not considered lost unless they have not been delivered to you by fourteen (14) days after the latest expected delivery date.

If your products have not been delivered after this time, you may contact the customer services team to report your products as lost and if, on the basis of any evidence they may reasonably ask you to provide, they are satisfied that your claim is genuine, we will reimburse you for the lost products.
