Item damaged! I got delivery of the item but only got the chance to open the same today (since I was out of station). When opening the item I found that the chain part of this neclace was torn out/ broken (the pendant is in good condition). I request to kindly return this item. Please see the pictures attached. Did not expect this from Giva! This was my first (and probably last) order from Giva.

I had bought a silver infinity bracelet first from Giva. Loved it,so have bought a silver chain with Infinity pendant. This makes a complete gift set for our acquaintance.

Looking good but I do not like the box because box is very dirty and some black spots are also present. Packaging is not good.
