Season of AI Microsoft Community Pilot (May-August 2024)

1. Terms and conditions

Offer good worldwide to eligible Microsoft AI speakers. Offer good only to the first 250 to qualify. Limit one gift per speaker/user group. This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer. This offer ends on June 30, 2024 or while supplies last, and is not redeemable for cash. Taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Any gift returned as non-deliverable will not be re-sent. Please allow 6 - 8 weeks for shipment of your gift. Microsoft reserves the right to cancel, change, or suspend this offer at any time without notice.

2. Eligibility

To enter, you must have reached the age of majority in your province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees and directors of Microsoft Corporation and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, and free gift offer parties are not eligible, nor are persons involved in the execution or administration of this promotion, or the family members of each above (parents, children, siblings, spouse/domestic partners, or individuals residing in the same household). Void in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Region of Crimea, Russia, and where prohibited.

3. General Conditions and Release of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, by entering you agree to release and hold harmless Microsoft and its respective parents, partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising in connection with this free gift offer, or any prize won. All local laws apply. The decisions of Microsoft are final and binding.

4. Program Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the free gift offer, registrants must do the following:

1. Your event must be scheduled between May 24 and August 31, 2024.
2. Provide link below to the scheduled Microsoft AI event.
3. Ensure your name is listed as a Speaker.
4. Participating user groups/programs include: User groups in the Microsoft supported Meetup Pro Network, active groups on the Meetup platform, Microsoft Reactor, Global AI Community, Microsoft Gold Student Ambassador, India Azure Developer Community.

Program participation closes on June 30, 2024 at 9 AM Pacific Daylight Time (GMT – 8).

5. Selection

Pending confirmation of eligibility, up to 250 potential free gift offer winners will be selected by Microsoft or their Agent from among all eligible entries received on or before June 30, 2024 at 9 AM Pacific Daylight Time (GMT – 8).

6. Free Gift Offer and Recipients

The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of all free gifts is $100. For a list of free offer recipients send an email to Azure-tech-Group@microsoft.com with the subject line “Season of AI Free Gift recipients” within 15 days of August 31, 2024.

7. Free gift recipients from China
