More access for PAT when migrating from Azure DevOps required,

What's being changed (if available, include any code snippets, screenshots, or gifs):

The description of access required of the personal access token from Azure DevOps.
When you do the inventory report, the mentioned access rights are not sufficient, thus updating the text to state, that you will need full access.
