Removing some complicated/confusing paddings and margins from the alignment file and adding to the relevant template sass as needed. This also adds a new _single.scss file for individual blocks posts, which is where the alignment padding is added. This sort of breaks the layout of the front-page, but that will be fixed in a subsequent PR.
