Add Blueprint 101 to Documentation

To consolidate documentation, this is the first step to move the Blueprint 101 crash course from the Blueprint Gallery repo to the this space.

Needs to update links, JSX and HTML and add assets.

Had a view compilation errors in docusaurus, but all should be resolved. Now I can add the other two pages to the documentation.

After figuring out the structure via Docusaurus, I added all pages and double-checked links and display issues for call-outs and buttons.

Question: Do we need to reference to the Blueprint Version 2 on the first page anymore?

Todos after merge:

• Update link on the Blueprint Gallery (readme.md file )
• Update link on Bluepring API index.md file
• Remove chapter from Blueprint Gallery

Also wrote up a few notes about how to work with Docusaurus on my personal blog

Perhaps not. The transition is still going to take some time, but we don't need to talk about this on the first page.
