What?

The static URL of anchor tag is passed to translation function

Why?

This may turns to invalid URL if translated.

Thanks for contributing, @gvgvgvijayan.

The translations for https://wordpress.org URLs are allowed, so communities can point the their localized sites like - https://fr.wordpress.org/.
