Data Views: Items per page, sort by filters, and fields preferences should be persistent

Description

If I set a number in the Items per page preference or hide certain fields, the editor should remember my preference as I navigate through the different views of a given section.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

Items per page

1. Go to Editor > Pages
2. Set "Items per page" to 100
3. Click on a different subsection within "Pages" such as "drafts".
4. Notice how "Items per page" is reset to the default (20)

Fields

1. Go to Editor > Pages
2. Hide all fields except the title
3. Change the view from "List" to "Grid" and then change back.
4. Notice how "fields" is reset to the default
