Will my plan be automatically renewed?
Yes, though you can cancel at any time from your Settings page.
Can I change from my monthly plan to an annual one?
Of course. It's the best way to save. Just go to your Settings page and search for the option "Change to annual"
Can I make commercial use of the creations I make with genially?
We recommend that you use one of our corporate premium plans for professional and commercial purposes so that you can get the most out of the tool.
Will I still have my creations if I cancel my plan or it expires?
Definitely, but remember that you won't be able to use premium features.
How can I cancel my plan?
Here are the steps. Go to your Settings page and search for "cancel my plan". Once canceled, you'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your subscription period. If you've paid with Paypal and have questions, don't hesitate to contact us.
Will I receive an invoice when I subscribe to my plan?
