Shipping and return policies for Fortnite

Shipping Info
All US orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail with tracking, and shipping information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the package has been scanned by the carrier.

All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Connect Plus with tracking, and shipping information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once the package has been scanned by the carrier.

For all orders, a first name, last name, and valid street address are required to ship your order. If these are not provided at checkout, or are incorrect, delivery is not guaranteed, and the buyer is responsible for replacement shipping costs.

If the shipping information is incomplete or incorrect and we’re unable to fulfill your order, we will place it on hold for up to 30 days and attempt to contact you. If we don’t hear from you within the 30 day period, your order will be automatically canceled and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Policy
If there is any issue with your order, you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to pursue a replacement or refund. Please contact us at vinyl-support@bandcamp.com and provide the following:

• Name
• Email address
• Reason
• Shipping address
• Clear photos or videos of the disc and packaging

We are unable to offer replacements for cosmetic damage that does not impact playback. You may be eligible for a refund (minus shipping costs) after returning the item. Replacements will be sent within 14 days of approval. If a return is required, the replacement will be sent within 7 days of the receipt of the returned item.
