   A few things about me:

  • I have been an editor here for 18 years (first edit), although I only recorded 29 edits between 2011 and 2015.
  • I am also an administrator, which means I have a few extra clean-up tools. I passed my RFA in 2008, back when adminship was truly no big deal.
  • I was an admin from January 2008 to June 2009. I resigned the tools for seven years during a period of mostly minimal editing, but then had them restored in May 2016 when I started editing consistently again.
  • I am bold when it comes to making administrative actions. That said, I will never revert another admin who has undone one of my administrative actions.
  • I mainly edit articles within the Green Bay Packers WikiProject, although I do edit some random articles from time to time.
  • If you need me to reply on another page, or would like to get my attention, please {{Ping}} me.
  • Please feel free to leave a message below if you need to contact me. Old messages can be viewed in my archives.
  • Feel free to email me if you need to discuss something private. Please leave me a message here notifying me of your email, as I do not check my Wikipedia email often.

DYK for List of Green Bay Packers Associated Press All-Pro selections

[edit]

On 13 July 2024, Did you know was updated with a fact from the article List of Green Bay Packers Associated Press All-Pro selections, which you recently created, substantially expanded, or brought to good article status. The fact was ... that the Green Bay Packers once had fourteen players selected to a national All-Pro team? The nomination discussion and review may be seen at Template:Did you know nominations/List of Green Bay Packers Associated Press All-Pro selections. You are welcome to check how many pageviews the nominated article or articles got while on the front page (here's how, List of Green Bay Packers Associated Press All-Pro selections), and the hook may be added to the statistics page after its run on the Main Page has completed. Finally, if you know of an interesting fact from another recently created article, then please feel free to suggest it on the Did you know talk page.

Second FLC

[edit]

Hey Gonzo, I just wanted to follow up on your comment at WT:FLC and re-iterate that you're more than welcome to put up a second nomination (since you said you had several prepped to nominate). Based on your experience there, and your responsiveness, I see no reason why you can't typically have two active nominations at all times like many of the other regulars do. I'd just say aim to have nominations be at least 3 days apart at the start. Hey man im josh (talk) 12:21, 23 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hey man im josh thanks! I'll throw one up here shortly. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 14:04, 23 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Heritage Trail images

[edit]

I actually had plans to head up there some time next week so if the weather cooperates I'll look and see what I can grab while I'm there. Nate (chatter) 22:48, 2 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

MrSchimpf you don't know how happy that makes me! Thank you! For any photos you do grab, I was trying to get the following:
Prefer landscape over portrait as better fit in the table
Wide photo of the building or area with the Heritage Trail plaque as a small, yet not clearly distinguishable feature (worried about copyright infringement if the plaque is the primary feature of the photo)
If it is not a building (like St. Norbert College), then just a wide shot of the area with the plaque again as an incidental feature
Any photos you could get would be so greatly appreciated! I would seriously send you a gift card as a thank you! Let me know if you have any questions or anything like that. :) « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 23:07, 2 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I usually work in all-landscape with an iPad so that will not be an issue at all (check my Commons account for examples of my pics for TV stations). Nate (chatter) 23:37, 2 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
