Death date

[edit]

I'm confused about the death date here. It says that he died on the 23rd, but his family said that he died on either the 21st or the 22nd. MikaelaArsenault (talk) 19:51, 24 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It actually says that he died on c. 23rd. Lower case c. is short for circa, which means approximately. Editrite! (talk) 22:05, 24 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Should some of this be removed from the article, or should it be kept?

Diatchenko was found dead in his home in Coral Gables, Florida on April 23, 2020, after he had no contact with his family for several days. He was 52. Diatchenko's family told TMZ they believe his death occurred on late April 21 or early April 22, and said they were unaware of any existing health issues. Cause of death

[edit]

I just found out some more information about his cause of death from TMZ that should be worth adding.

A couple problems with his birth

[edit]

We say he was born in Oakland. I can't check the source. But the Hollywood Reporter source used in the following sentence says he was born in San Francisco. So which is it?

We call him a first-generation American. That's a bit unusual. I guess I understand what that means, but we would normally call that second-generation, as you can see in the linked article on Immigrant generations. There are two sources for this. The first one is dead, and the archived copy does not mention Diatchenko. The second does not say anything about generations. GA-RT-22 (talk) 00:31, 15 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
