You're in luck. I found a screenshot in a directory with old files. See
attached. I don't think I ever made an icon for the program.

Not that I know of. I ran it on HP-UX in 1994. To support its applets
(plugins) it used the functions that HP-UX offered for dynamic loading
of code. Porting it to a modern Linux would probably take some effort.
The functions exist, but they have different names and different
arguments...
