  Quick and easy download & installation. Found what took up my space in 2 minutes. Deleted them on request in the app. DONE. No more problem.

• Saves buying a new mac

  Pros

  Will list all of your files (including all xcode manuals in 24 different languages) and let you get rid of that crap you havnt asked for and dont want. So instead of having gigs of bullcrap that "came with software" (like the mentioned xcode manuals in greece, janpanese and other languages i dont care for) - just clean it up. Have several times thought I had to buy a new Mac (got a 64gb MBA, not much when working with software development), and every time this software have saved me from buying a new MBA with bigger SSD.

  Shows you your volume sizes, allows you to delete offending huge files. It will even do network volumes.

  Kind of slow.

  Summary

  There is a much faster utility called "What Size" but it they charge you a nominal fee. Considering this is free, I can wait. Must have utility! Omnigroup has an array of beautifully designed, no compromise Mac apps that you really need to take a look at.

  Shows the disk directory ordered by sub-directory/file size. Tis is especially useful when you have to prune a tight disk

  In leopard it frequently crashes when the user is displaying different parts of the directory.
