Abigail C did a good job back checking when I reported receiving an email from AXS stating that my phone number had been changed. She assured me that it was probably when I logged in. My account is secure for the time being.

Resolution was great, finding where to submit a ticket was less so

Once I was able to submit a ticket about my issue (that process was frustrating!), the experience was great. I appreciate that I was able to exchange my ticket for one of my choice after purchasing an ADA ticket by mistake. Makayla assisted promptly and with clarity.

Your chat system doesn’t allow for…

Your chat system doesn’t allow for users to switch between their email and the chat window without the chat cue resetting. This made the information delivery process, take an hour where it could’ve very well taken a matter of minutes. In addition to that, you do not provide us with our order number on any of the emails we received, Forcing me to dig through emails to find a simple digit that could’ve easily been included on every communication. Lastly, This entire saga has been concerning that I haven’t received my wristbands yet. I live in Canada and I’m traveling on the 15th to Philadelphia to make it to Phish Mondegreen. After finally speaking with someone given all the delays, I just detailed, I was told my wristbands won’t be shipping out until August 8th. It makes little sense for someone who lives in Canada to have to wait until the zero hour to get their wristbands. I have no idea what the transit time is for wristbands, but 6 days doesn’t sound too sensible. The agent said my wristbands would be waiting for me at willcall If I don’t receive them. On a travel day, That is a layer of complication. I simply do not need, and can easily be fixed by sending me my wristband Any time between here and August 8th. I’m sorry, But this makes zero sense to me. I hope you heed my recommendations, In this day and age, there’s simply no reason to leave things to the last minute like this.

AXS Resale

I didn't understand when I listed my tickets for sale that they would be under the AXS resale option and I didn't see them for sale under the regular ticket sales. I filled out a contact form and I heard back from Makayla and she was very responsive and helpful.

Normally

Normally, when I buy a ticket on Ticketmaster or Livenation I can sell or transfer it. This has been the case for over 100 tickets I bought in the past.

I bought my first ticket on this website which was I was redirected to from Ticketmaster, but can't transfer or sell it. As a result I'm out $50.

Tearia D. Saved me with helping me to convert my tickets to mobile app as I needed to sell them at the last minute and that was the only way because I had purchased physical paper tickets.
She was fast about it and concise!

Fast response!

I am 6 hours out from an event and my ticket still wasn't in my account or inbox. I reached out and within like 5 minutes, the ticket was in my account! I had no wait time before speaking to a customer service rep and they were super helpful. Taje W was super efficient and made sure I was set.

Kevin W was a dream to communicate with and helped me out hugely. I made Kevin aware of the situation I was in and was met with compassion, kindness and help. Amazing customer service

Thank you AXS for hiring excellent employees who know the value of customer service. The agent who helped me on the Live Chat (Latricia M) answered my questions about changing my account information quickly. And when I had more questions, she answered those too. Thanks to her, I now know what I have to do in order to update my account information. Thank you so much for helping me. I really appreciate it. :)

Lost tickets FOUND

Lost tickets FOUND!

I was able to find my tickets due to the dudiligence of the staff working the live conversations and was able to have an amazing time. I sincerly appreciate their help and would definatly use this service again.

Taje W and Refund Request

Taje W. was super helpful. They sent a transcript of the conversation to help strart a paper trail as I annoyingly insisted. Would be 5 stars to get immediate information on a refund and that is more on the company’s ability to empower employees and is not a reflection on Taje’s performance with this interaction. If you’re going to continue to charge excessive service fees, please continue to employ quality employees such as Taje. Please also focus on empowering employees to fully handle issues. Thanks!!

Concert was cancelled

My QR ticket scan wasn't delivered until the day of the concert and only after I inquired about them and had to show proof of purchase. Come to find out on arriving at the venue that the concert was cancelled for lack of ticket sales. Why didn't AXS know about it. It was already cancelled when I inquired about not getting my tickets! I hope the band doesn't use this company in the future!

Ariza D. Was the only person out of the many that I spoke to that actually helped me with my ticket problem. She set it up to where I should be receiving my ticket within 12 hours when everyone else said it was in my account.
