hi This Morning, I found some i pods in my area , is there a way I can get them to there owner .
i have opened them and they connect to my phone, is there anyway I can contact to person and give the back.

You should take them to the nearest Lost&Found, there is no way that you or Apple can contact the owner, who is probably already looking for them.

Don't forget that the owner is able to track the AirPods so they know exactly where they are. Usually it is not the best idea to carry them around with you in hopes that you will find the owner. This is why it is recommended to place them in a neutral location so they can pick them up.
