I responded to an add on Facebook. All of her information was there. She helps fix your credit. I paid her thru Apple Pay. She scammed me out of my money. How can I get my money back.

Apple specifically tells you not to do that.
Apple Cash person-to-person payments are like any other private transaction between two people, so only send and receive money with people you know.

There are no protections offered in a cash transaction like what you would expect when using a Credit Card.
In all likelihood, you can’t. Using Apple Cash is just like using cash.
Contact the police.
