How long do I have to wait to receive cash again after payment cancellation on Apple Pay?

Just recently I had received 2 payments and I wasn’t aware that there was a time frame to accept them. When I went to accept them they would only show pending/ received. I had called support and was told how long it would take to review them. They were both cancelled and I don’t know why.

why were they cancelled?
how long after this can I start receiving cash again?
is there an option that on the Apple Cash where the cash limit amount can be raised and just what is the limits?

What was cancelled? How long after what can you receive cash? There are limits on Apple Cash funds. The limits are established by banking regulations and your participation in Apple Cash and if you’re part of a Family Sharing group and your age.
