Does anybody have a clue why my watch would be doing this, it’s literally the third time this has happened and Apple support is completely worthless. There is an orange line on the left and it will eventually go to the top.
By pulling away you mean, that the black part of the watch face shows an orange line instead of the black background, as if the pixels can't create the black color anymore?
If you change the orientation of the watch face, to have the Digital Crown on the left side, and the orange line is still at the same spot, then this looks like a display issue.

That’s a good question, I switched orientation and it does the same thing. Here’s what it looks like without the screen even being on

Unfortunately no, it’s like the display is pulling away
You should visit an Authorised Apple Service Provider or Apple Store next to your place and let them have a look at it.
