Go Mobile from Crawford Technologies provides an easy-to-use, comprehensive tagging solution to create templates to transform existing transactional customer communications (bills, statements, agreements, etc.) in AFP and PDF to responsive HTML5 communications that automatically adapt the layout to fit to any screen perfectly.

It is now possible without extensive redesign efforts, specialized composition software or special purpose web application development to repurpose composed documents designed for printers and make them available for smartphones, web browsers and mobile-native applications. Documents that currently reside in legacy archives and content services repositories can be transformed automatically to responsive HTML5, on-the-fly, while being retrieved. Making the multichannel ready without modifying or altering the original document in any way.

PRO Designer with Autosense

PRO Designer with Autosense is a powerful post composition design tool. It uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to make composed transactional customer communications like bills, statements, and explanation of benefits (EOBs) into templates that will be used to transform them into responsive HTML.

With PRO Designer, organizations save significant time, resources, and expense by not having to design and redesign transactional document composition templates to support responsive HTML. Instead, configure the composed transactional document once, and quickly transform them into HTML on-the-fly, as often as needed.

Print Stream Transformations

Crawford Technologies’ PRO AFP or PRO PDF transform is used to convert configured customer communication in AFP or PDF documents to responsive HTML. Documents are then mobile-ready and responsive on the device to which they are being displayed.

Sunrise

Sunrise is a Web Services REST API that integrates with legacy archive systems, enterprise content management (ECM) repositories and content services platforms (CSP) to retrieve transactional customer communications. It is used to coordinate and facilitate the retrieval and transformation of customer communications into responsive HTML. AFP and PDF transformations to responsive HTML are done in real-time with extremely high throughput for thousands of concurrent users without limits to volume of documents, and location.

The Go Mobile workflow is used to transform existing transactional documents such as bills, statements, and letters into responsive HTML so that all communications will adapt the layout to fit any screen perfectly. The first step is to use PRO Designer with Autosense to create a responsive HTML document template. The template maps to the document so that each document section and division, including graphics and tables can be responsive. Once the template for a specific documents such as a bank statement is created, it is then saved in Sunrise. When a customer requests to see their bank statement from a smart phone, the request is sent to Sunrise. Sunrise then sends the request to the system of record where the bank statement is stored and finds the exact template to use to transform the bank statement. When Sunrise receives the bank statement in either an AFP or PDF format, it then converts the bank statement to responsive HTML and sends the responsive bank statement to the customer to view it on the smart phone. The request to conversion and to response is done on-the-fly in milliseconds.
