Upload Care Script Calling Before Google

Hi There, 
  Does anyone know how to get a Google script to call earlier? I'm looking for someone that can either complete this for me or explain to me how to do this. 

The script called Upload Care or ucarecdn.com appears to be a dynamic photo software. My problem is that it is calling before Google which is blocking my Google Tag.
