How to get a manual delivery time?

I would like to know if and how do I enter a transit time in my shipping options? I would like to manually enter my delivery time and Shopify says that by entering a transit time I will see my delivery times at checkout. However, I don't see a section where I can enter a transit time. I did create a standard shipping rate in a shipping profile. I am a complete novice in this area and have a basic subscription. Who knows how I should approach this?

To add that, it is available in specific countries though
