Changing background colour in a rich text box for specific boxes

Hi

I would like to change some rich text box background colours but not site wide, so only certain boxes. I have tried some suggestions in the Custom CSS boxes in theme files but it changes the button back ground and text colour not the main box background. I am using the Flow theme.
