I did not get my issue resolved

I did not get my issue resolved. I sent copies of what your company wanted twice. We just kept going in circles. I got a small check back from the Christmas season and if you look at my other checks you will see that doesn't seem right. Very Disappointed

I enjoy the variety of rewards

I enjoy the variety of rewards, just wish some of the bigger ones lasted more than a day. Don't always have time or money to utilize it right away.

I usually like to leave good reviews

I usually like to leave good reviews, but after thinking about it, I decided to leave this negative review. I am not happy with the extensive follow-up to get my correct cashback posted. It is either given on the wrong amount or never tracked. The follow-up is turning into a part time job. I have been a member for quite some time and never had the issues I have had in the past few years. I am starting to look at other options similar to rakuten.

Absolutely terrible bait and switch

Absolutely terrible bait and switch. Credited my account for a purchase and removed it. On 2 major purchases. Won't be using this service anymore, and will make sure everyone I know doesn't use it

RAKUTEN is just the best!!!

I have been a member ever since it was its 1st name. I have made over $3000 over the years, that's a lot of shopping. I always use Rakuten whenever ai can. I love the entire process.

Best reward app I have ever used. Love how easy it is to get connected to stores that give credit for purchase. Really like the quarterly payouts

Easy Money

I like this savings the most of ones I see. The fact that I do not have to do anything but shop and make sure it is activated and a check just comes in the mail is fantastic. Please keep up the great work.

Worked great until it didn't

Rakuten was working great until May 31. Since then NONE of my frequent Instacart trips have paid cash back. Customer support has been limited for this issue. So frustrating

Although I activate the special offer

Although I activate the special offer, most of the time the purchase is not logged and I do not get cash back unless I send an email for each purchase ( a time suck..) especially for frequent purchases at CVS, etc. Very disappointing.

The Economy

With the economy the way it is, it's nice to get some additional money back, plus the discounts.

Too many times I go thru Rakuten to…

Too many times I go thru Rakuten to other websites and I should get some cash back but it never shows up. Rakuten requires a receipt so i canget my credit but if I wait the two to three weeks they ask me to wait I sometimes loss the receipt and then I do not get paid. Also the last four times I have gone through Rakuten my purchases have notshown up on pending credits. The last two times I have purchesed an item at an in store cash back, I have not received my cash back. I think Rakuten needs to have better communication with the companies that offers cash back. This has always been a problem with Rakuten.
