    Our client made me and Yana Yabloneva almost cry on a live call!     This is how you record the best video for your client... One of our clients asked me to record a personal video for their team and gave me the script. When he received the finished work, he was like, "WOW, this is well done." But he didn’t see my f***ups! I had the luxury to practice and re-record a few times before sharing the video. Yeah, yeah, it's all about self-belief and being yourself, but imagine my client showing this to his CEO LOL The same thing applies to sales: practice before, not on client calls. #practice #salescoaching #saleshumor

    Every year, I pick a few events and trainings to learn and get inspired. Here are a few observations based on the content, but above all on the interesting encounters made at Collision Conf this week: ✅  According to many, we need to be wary of startups that use the AI buzzword, without really having a true value position and depth. It's reminiscent of the dot.com bubble... ✅ The 2 most effervescent sectors seem to be: HR and Healthcare ✅ Most of the startups that presented had a very clear value proposition for their end-uers, but didn't seem to include the "intermediary" stakeholders they will depend on. Major innovations have shown that the adoption of all stakeholders is critical, and often takes much longer than expected (like online grocery, which took more than 15 years before it had an acceptable rate of online ordering....).   A few favorites: SellMeThisPen, Elluströs automated ergonomics, Aruna Revolution, Singular Wings Medical and, Whale Seeker.   AI has a major impact on all areas of the organization. An integrated approach and education are essential. At Cotalent, we can guide your organization in developing a strategic approach and a learning culture, to prepare your organization and your people.
